Term 2: Monday 6 May to Friday 5 July

Term 3: Monday 29 July to Friday 27 September

Annual General Meeting: Friday 1 November

End-of-year lunch and film: Friday 6 December

 

Enrolment day for 2025: Thursday 5 December

*Our U3A year has four 8 or 9-week terms. This was chosen to prevent burn-out among our volunteers and enable everyone time to schedule holidays without disrupting U3A activities. If meeting outside these dates, please notify secretary in writing in advance especially if it needs to be announced in previous term's newsletter.

Sometimes terms end on a Monday to compensate for missed classes due to public holidays.

 

HEAT RULES: to be decided by individual groups depending on their activity.

 

FIRE RISK: Groups meeting at St Barnabas, Clare, should note that this venue will be closed on days when fire risk is 'Catastrophic".
